What information will I need to provide?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a link to the relevant requirements form. The information requested will depend on your chosen service and package. Providing complete and accurate information helps us begin your project promptly and deliver work suited to your requirements.
When does the turnaround time begin?
Your package turnaround time begins once your completed requirements have been submitted and we have everything needed to start the work. It does not begin when the order is placed.
How will my completed work be delivered?
Your completed work will be delivered electronically to the email address nominated for the project.
What are corrective revisions?
Corrective revisions cover reasonable amendments needed to bring the delivered work into line with the requirements originally submitted. New instructions, additional content or changes to the agreed scope are treated as change orders and may require an additional fee and revised delivery date.
Are consultations included?
We do not currently offer consultation calls. Projects are managed through the requirements process and written communication, helping us maintain a clear and documented project brief.
Will my information remain confidential?
Yes. Client information and project materials are handled confidentially. We can also review and sign a suitable non-disclosure agreement where required.
